Super Pangas departs from Zihuatanejo Main Pier. Captains recommend departing at 6:30 am or 7 am for deep sea fishing, and at 7 am or 8 am for small game fishing.
Super Pangas is a 26-foot boat that accommodates up to 3 people for fishing trips and 6 people for bay cruising. The boat is equipped with 4 fishing lines, offering both deep sea and small game fishing options. With an experienced captain, you'll have the opportunity to target Marlin, Sailfish, and Dorado in deep sea fishing, which takes place 10-12 miles offshore depending on the season.
Small game fishing trips are available from 7 AM to 1 PM, where you'll fish for species like Spanish Mackerel, Yellow Tail, Bonito, Black Tuna, and Needlefish along the beautiful coastline of Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. If you prefer, you can combine fishing with snorkeling (snorkel gear not included).
Recommendations
We recommend bringing a hat and suntan lotion to protect yourself from the sun. Additionally, bring extra cash if you'd like to buy coffee, sandwiches, or additional drinks.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks onboard, and if you're booking inshore fishing and snorkeling, don't forget to bring towels and extra money for snorkel gear or any water sports rentals at Ixtapa Island or Las Gatas Beach.
